The Debut

of my DIYed statement necklace. :-) Team it with a floral dress (for a dramatic contrast), a gray wool coat (toning down the busy print of the dress) and a pair of black suede booties (for a flair of urban edge).

    P.S. afterglow, this is the dress I mentioned. Just realized that it is not really a gray dress, I was in love with the floral pattern and didn’t really notice about the color. ;-)

    These booties are from zara! :-D The coat is from Benetton, already 3 years old though.

    Hope these lovely booties will still be around in 3 more weeks when I get to Vegas!

    Also I’m eyeing on the Givenchy booties on Yoox :p

    afterglow, these booties are GREAT! Considering the normal zara quality, they are very well made and comfy to walk in. I also took some pictures of the booties, show you next time and good luck in Vegas!

    P.S. Givenchy booties sounds interesting. ;-)

    oh, I’m sooooooooooooooo late here…

    Actually I love the gray coat, you found a way to balance the floral and the gray, bravo~~~~~

    As for the shoes, I like them, just I prefer the coat/dress combo than the shoes…. Well, I can’t find my word here… Again, the coat ( color/quality ) is spectacular!!!!

    Hmm, actually today after a second look, I like the black echoes thru the embroidery necklace and shoes… Actually I like the shoes… just some tiny part about the shoes is a little bit off, I can’t really say, maybe it is the way(or pattern ) how they put gold studs… BTW, are you going to wear tights with this outfit?

    Hope you had a great great fun weekend. ( time flies…. sigh… )

    Thanks dear, I think the whole outfit looks better with bare legs, but I’ll wear black tights for sure. It is too cold without tights.

    Weekend (a friend came and we went swimming) was great but unfortunately too short. Hope you’ve enjoyed yours too. ;-)
