I have been always fond of swimming, but it was more or less just for fun. Until recently, I strongly feel that I have to do something to my body. It’s time for me to take control, simply to gain more energy, to be more positive and to gradually develop a body shape I admire when I am in my fifties (I am in my mid thirties btw)…
These thoughts lead to an intensive and seriously work out in the water. Now I go swimming three times a week and my new personal record is 3000 meters in 2 hours and 27 minutes. I am so glad that I finally started doing this.
Have a wonderful Sunday!

I am a big fan of your blog, mostly for your good taste of fashion. And this is the first time I hear you talk about work out.:) I am so glad for you, and I feel inspired!
Amelia, thank you for your sweet comment. Let do it together! :-D
I did some checking on flgiht lessons here in town. $9500 for the course. Expensive. Although with some saving and discipline could be a reality someday. I live in Grand Forks, home of The University of North Dakota, known especially for our aviation school. An old college roomate went to it, and is now a pilot for Delta flying the Airbus 330 (I believe). The ultralight option is a good idea. I didn’t think about that. It may be more realistic for me at this time.BTW Nota, that is one of my all-time favorite poems. First time I heard it was after the Challenger dissaster in 1986. It has been stored in my memory ever since. When I first read it, I thought it was about a man who died and was on his way to Heaven. I still like to think that’s what it is really about.
