Spring Outfit (4): A Breath of fresh Air

It has been one week since I gave birth to our little guy. Life with a baby is exciting but a huge adjustment. We are trying to manage the chores and chaos with ease, patience and humor, it was tough at the beginning but is now getting better and better.

The most important thing is the little one is healthy and happy (he smiles a lot so I take it as a sign of satisfaction, lol). The good news for me is that I’ve lost 6kg so far, which is the half of what I’ve gained. So I am able to wear some pre-preggy skirts already. ;-)

Thank you for visiting and happy weekend!
Sweater & skirt: COS, necklace: H&M, bracelets: Hermès, flats: Salvatore Ferragamo.

Thank you everyone for your sweet comments. <3

Elysium & 逍遥迷糊兔, my baby weighed 3.5kg, then the placenta and amniotic fluid are all gone. So 6kg is not a big deal~~ ;)

Linda, I’ll send you a picture via email. Hugs dear~~

    Always very chic dear q9y8!!!
A close friend of mine gave birth recently but she was not so stylish only a week after the birth of her baby… Congratulations for succeeding being both a mum and a woman! I will be very happy to see a picture of your baby boy (but I understand if you prefer not showing your treasure).
The outfit reminds me Audrey Hepburn : the skirt, the dots and the ballerina shoes, that’s perfect and looks cosy too.
Have wonderful time with your family.

as a very gay christian .The only bit I can’t argue agianst Theologically is that strictly speaking sex was created for production of babies. As gay sex generally doesn’t make babies it would be wrong. but then no one seems to think that an infertile straight couple having sex is wrong so I think the argument is somewhat defuncted. My dad dealt with it fine, my mum was a little iffy but is getting over it (I came out at age 23). I haven’t found good reason to tell my gran yet although I think she may be suspicious of my good friend Tom who pretty much lives with me
