Happy Monday everyone! Hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend. Today I’d like to post another fashion challenge outfit: “A red one with your RG Birkin.” challenged by dear reader Birkinmary.
Do you wear reds in summer? How do you prefer to match this powerful color? :-)

Top: H&M, skirt: COS, necklace: DIY, flats: Salvatore Ferragamo, bag & scarf: Hermès.
- Color block flat sandals.
- Metallic silver leather ring.
- Two tone chain necklace.
- Last but not least, white orchids. :-)
Summer is about refreshing colors and fun! :-D BTW, we are headed to Paris tomorrow (this time for meeting friend and for the summer sales, lol). Have a great week and I’ll see you next Monday!

I have been looking for the perfect silk blouse for quite some time. After doing my homework on brands and pricing, it seems that everyone is wearing and liking those from Equipment. However, I am that kind of person who is a bit skeptical about all the hype that’s around a most coveted item and prefer to try things on before I buy them. The only problem is, I couldn’t find a local store that carries them. :-(

So my dear readers, what’s your favorite brand for silk blouses? If you happen to own those Equipment ones, would you please share your review? How does it fit, are you satisfied with the quality and is it worth all the praises? BTW, I am considering the white signature one. ;-)
I bought this leopard skirt months ago and finally got to wear it yesterday. If you are fond of animal prints, how do you prefer to wear them? A small splash of leopard here or there or do you also enjoy animal prints as a whole? ;-)
Top: Zara, skirt: D&G, necklace: COS, pumps: Marni.
“Don’t be into trends. Don’t make fashion own you, but you decide what you are, what you want to express by the way you dress and the way you live.” – Gianni Versace

I really enjoy this simple yet powerful editorial, sometimes less is definitely more. Wish you all a happy weekend!

“My style icon is anyone who makes a bloody effort.” – Isabella Blow
Do you have a style icon? I don’t have a particular one in mind, but I do like those who make efforts before stepping out of the door, in order to look effortless. Pretty paradox, ah? lol~~ BTW, I’ll be on a business trip next week, so see you in a week. Have a fabulous weekend everyone! :-)
Sweater: Forte_Forte, shirt: COS, shawl: Hermès, skirt: H&M, booties: Céline.
We’ll take a Spring getaway to Paris next week, so I am leaving you today with some eye candies from Vogue Germany’s May issue. Love the colors and the puristic touch of these photos, hope you like them too.
Have a wonderful weekend, see you in a week! :-)

Happy May First everyone! Reader featherfactor challenged me to create an “All American” outfit with my RG Birkin. I came up with this ensemble because the essence of American style means for me a balance between timeless and modern, something relaxed, easy-to-wear, but in the meantime very urban chic.
The mix of red, blue and white echoes the color of the American flag, it seems to make this outfit more “American”. lol~~ But the suede rope belt and the long necklace are, on the contrary, more me. They bring a bit of personal character to the whole look. ;-P Hope you like it, dear Katherine!

Shirt, belt & necklace: COS, jeans: Levi’s, shoes: Converse, bag: Hermès.

Since we are leaving for Easter holiday tomorrow, I thought I’d do a quick post today. An outfit mixed with at least four patterns as challenged by Julide. :-)
When I read the challenge, a skirt in Miao ethnic print mixed with something in delightful African tribal pattern came into my mind, but unfortunately I couldn’t find the right pieces in my wardrobe, so I ended up with this simple stripes/dots combo (hope you don’t find it too boring, dear Julide). I wore this outfit last Saturday and felt, well, really great. ;-)
Wish you all a wonderful Easter with lots of sweet treats! ;-P

Dress & belt: H&M, top: a no name one I’ve had for ages, shawl: COS, flats: Miu Miu.

Happy Monday eveyone! Are you ready for the reader’s challenges? The outfit I’m showcasing today is a casual ensemble with a pair of navy pants and an H carré. I love the combination of cozy harem pants and the playful sweater with irregular polka dots. The H carré is perfect for the April weather and adds a bit of chicness to this casual urban look.
So my dear Birkinmary, what do you say? Do I pass the exam? ;-P

Sweater & pants: COS, scarf: Hermès (Fantaisie Pittoresque), shoes: Maison Martin Margiela.
